Very beautiful location. Everything you need is there. Unfortunately, major renovations were taking place at the time we stayed.

I had the most unforgettable, luxurious experience at the beautiful Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island! Thank you to all of the staff for providing exceptional service! Not what I expected from a Ritz Carollton Hotel
This was not a typical Ritz Carlton experience. This is a very large hotel that caters to conventions. We paid over $1,000 a night and the accommodations were not up to the price that we paid. The service requires more attention to detail. The food and beverage program needs a lot of work. We tried cocktails and food at two different restaurant on the location and everything that we tried was not very good. They had a party at the hotel and left all the tables and chairs on the property day after party and there was trash scattered around. At the price that they offer they need to upgrade service, room accommodations and the food and beverage experience.

Racial profiling at its finest. Staff at the restaurant insisted that i pay for my meal after placing my order. In her words" just in case people walk out without paying, she wont get fired" sadly i will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

Weather was chilly and windy but the hotel is very nice, the lobby bar has music from 4:30-8:30 and the sushi options were delicious,

The Ritz-Carlton in the standard-bearer for excellence. The Amelia Island property continues that standard. The facilities are excellent and the location on the beach is idyllic. Wonderful staff, a friendly, caring management team, wonderful restaurants and you describe the Ritz-Carlton. Clearly at the top of the list....First Class all the way! Thanks for a great stay.
