Hotel has very nice vibe. Food is very good, especially their six course meal. Also like the fact that the hotel is animal friendly. Service can improve a lot. I got their confirmation for airport pickup, however, no show. They didn’t even acknowledge the miss. They simply miss simple things like straws for lemonade. The bedroom and bathroom configuration is not good. Their HVAC never worked as intended throughout our stay - either too hot or too cold

It’s an over hyped property. Of course 1 of the best in a dessert like Jaisalmer. But considering the city has limited activities to offer, the hotel could’ve been made much more engaging. The furniture is basic, food options limited but prices are over the top.

Suryagarh is not a hotel.. it is an experience. And front desk manager Mr. Aniket gave us one of the best experience of our lives. Aniket was kind enough to upgrade us to luxury signature suite. What a property ! Excellent food ! Royalness at next level. Thank you Aniket !!!

Disappointing.

No response from hotel pre trip despite repeated attempts to try to contact them. Experiences were all full and no effort made to try to explore options externally that we managed to do ourselves. Shower leaked in one of our rooms. Quality of food was sub par given the price point. Staff serving us were not as knowledgeable on menu. Avoid staying when events are taking place as common areas are noisy and you feel like a distraction to the main event. The music event laid out in the evening was excellent. The site and facilities were great.

There is definitely a wow response associated with this hotel. The buildings and surrounding park is beautiful and staff consistently exceed expectations. Dining outside in the evening is a delight.

Poor Services, only building is nice!

The stay was terrible due to poor services, I had to wait till 05 PM for check-in and assigned a wrong room and then had to wait another 30 minutes and then gave me the room.

Exceptionally perfect in every way!

Exceptional in very way! This property is managed better than any property we have visited. Every detail from the table settings to outdoor furniture perfectly curated & maintained! Every staff Member is quietly confident and knows and does exactly what they are supposed to do member is quietly confident and knows and does exactly what they are supposed to do without letting us guests know that they are working in the background. Refined Desert Getaway

Suryagarh was the first stop in our week long Rajasthan trip. We were blown away by its beauty! It was the small things that really stole the show, we’ll placed sit outs that encourage you to spend time outside of your room, the attentive but non intrusive staff, the numerous animals/ birds in the property - peacocks, white pigeons, house dogs (supposedly twins), donkeys, ducks! We had a relaxed evening, enjoying their complimentary folk show (singing & dancing) followed by a very romantic dinner at their Rajasthani restaurant - Legends of Marwar. Our room opened up to their tulsi aangan, where we could easily spend many hours looking up at the night sky. Breakfast in the courtyard with a lot of the birds & animals mentioned was very pleasant. This was accompanied by a local artisan playing the flute from a first floor window. Overall, very romantic and would definitely recommend to others looking for an experience similar to ours. Special kudos to Divya Tripathi, Gaurav from front office & Latif Khan from the restaurant for making our stay special.

Le meilleur hôtel de Jaisalmer

Le Suryagarh est le meilleur hôtel de Jaisalmer. Nous avions hésité au départ car il est à 14 km de la ville mais, compte tenu de l'affluence touristique sur place et de la pression des sollicitations, être à l'écart est bien plus agréable. L'hôtel a été entièrement construit quelques années auparavant, imitant un fort / palais avec sa cour intérieure mais l'ensemble est fait avec goût et cela permet une grande qualité de confort. Le personnel est très professionnel et compétent, nous avons fait appel à eux pour nous organiser des visites et nous transporter à l'hôtel suivant, à Bikaner, avec un de leurs chauffeurs.
