"Pre arrival communication was lacking. Checkin went very smooth, but the lead up due to my late arrival (1am) and no communication was stressful. The room was sufficient for my needs. The massage area was clean, but be very sure to Clearly Communicate the timing, style to avoid any misunderstanding and discomfort during your Massage. The shower drain was slow to drain and the hand held wand leaked. (Though that just needed tightening which I did myself.) The location is very close and convenient to old town, the walk is slightly confusing due to construction and road closures, and you need to cross very busy roadways to get there. But it is certainly doable. Besides one interaction that made me feel uncomfortable , Staff were very friendly and accommodating."
