Mostly great! The pool area leaves a lot to be desired and is very small. Staff was incredibly kind and the breakfast buffet was also really nice! Cabs have a hard time finding the hotel as well.

From the front-desk staff to the team stationed at the door, everyone provided great service with a smile and go over and beyond in ensuring that we have a great time whilst in Jakarta and our needs and wants were well-catered for. Located near Lotte Avenue and within the Ciputra World 2 complex, Ascott Sudirman Jakarta is within close proximity to many food, shopping and activity options yet located in a tranquil and quiet location. Great for guests who want to be in a convenient spot but not too overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle. Already looking forward to my next stay here!

the room is very spacious and kitchen was well equipped, view from the balcony was amazing. during my stay (4D3N), a staff will knock on my door and ask if there's any laundry needed to be done and if i needed house keeping. i just hope they'll fix the air condition on level 18 as it can be quite warm at times

Everything about the property and it's staff is excellent. The one thing for which the property has no control is the walkability around the area to go to places 15 or twenty minutes walk. It's an issue that there are either no side walks or they have been taken over by the storekeepers. To be honest, many neighborhoods around hotel properties in USA are also not walkable. Not that the stores have overtaken the space, rather these areas are only car friendly. Side walks do not exist. This issue is in rural and suburban America. While here the issue is in big cities

The staff are polite and attentive. The elevators were fast. The room has a good space and clean. At breakfast, the table weren't set up with basic crockeries. Food spread for main dishes not many variety.
