Everything was tidy and well maintained, which made the room feel inviting from the moment I walked in. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, ideal for Sibiu when you want a clean, modern room with a calm atmosphere."

"Expensive mini bar, terribly overpriced restaurant for mediocre food, plus kids were playing in the only elevator that was working so it was a 20 minute wait to get to my room or down to ground level. Don’t stay here if it’s wedding season or the tulip festival I guess."

"I can highly recommend this hotel. I felt that the host doesn’t just treat his guests as his business, but is willing to please them and to provide the quality services. He always kept in touch with us, nevertheless it was late, and helped us with the self check-in. We had no problem with the parking. There was a free public parking lot just in front of the hotel. The breakfast, provided by the hotel, was served in a buffet style at a restaurant nearby. It was fresh and tasty. The restaurant was already aware of our visit and we didn’t even need to explain anything. We were well taken care of at the restaurant and enjoyed our meals."

"Our hotel stay didn't actually happen because despite several emails sent by myself confirming the time and dates of my stay when we arrived at the hotel at 2am the whole place was closed for guests - I was not made aware of the fact that I would need a code to enter the building. I have copies of the emails telling them of the date and time of arrival but between the Hotel and Expedia they chose to ignore our arrival. I'm 67 and my husband is 72 with mobility issues and we were stranded in Sibiu until we checked into another hotel at 3.40am - very poor customer service all round - will NEVER book with Expedia ever again."
