I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control. "Overall a great experience especially while traveling with kids. The unit has everything you’d need. Makes it easy to make your own food, wash clothing and get around. Clean and very nice layout of the property. The pool areas were are clean and decent. Whistler is pricey overall but it think this is a great deal considering all the amenities and location :) would definitely recommend and stay again! "

"What great stay at First Tracks, situated right by the Creekside Gondola, terrific amenities with the heated outdoor pool and hot tub not to mention the steam room. Great values for the money."
