"For somewhere close to the falls, Buffalo etc, it’s a great place to stay. This isn’t a 5 star, so expect a bit of an older building, the elevators sound like they need some maintenance, but everything went well with the stay. Came for a Buffalo game. The staff was amazing. Parking was great, and definitely walkable (when it’s not freezing outside) "

There are a few downsides: the Sportsbook is pathetic and shouldn’t even be called one. It is two rows of four flimsy leather chairs with small TVs that typically are playing re runs. "This place is so great! Staff is so welcoming and accommodating. Front desk staff is beyond impressive and personable. We come to NF every now and then and when we do, we stay at the Giacomo. Complimentary breakfast is great too. Sky view longe is an added bonus with awesome views. Obviously, we’ll be back. "
