"Under Canvas was absolutely stunning. We loved everything about our stay — the peaceful nature setting, the beautiful views of Mount Rushmore, and the overall atmosphere. The staff was friendly and the food was great. It felt special, relaxing, and memorable. Highly recommend!"

"Rooms were so clean, bed was incredibly comfy, and the property was peaceful. The “water park” was PERFECT for younger kiddos (max depth of 42”) and wasn’t overly packed. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The staff was friendly, but the property was in need of some TLC. The whole place could use a deep cleaning. The complimentary breakfast was less than expected, and I did not expect much. The box spring stored in the breakfast room kind of summed up the experience. Great place to stay if you like engine brakes throughout the night."
