"Location is superb, 100 ft to Chippenham bus station, and leads than 10 minutes bistro from the train station. Room is spacious, so is the bathroom, big and renovated. Courtyard is nice. There is a leisure pool at site too. Huge parking lot at back. The buffet breakfast offered was full English style and truly great. Staffs were super friendly. "One night stay for my partner's birthday. Hotel is clean and tidy and very well presented. Pool is lovely and definitely their summer USP, but not near enough sun loungers for the potential number of guests staying at the hotel - so be prepared to not get one. Classic case of guests leaving towels on them when they were nowhere to be seen. Josh was fantastic in the restaurant, helpful young lad with a great eye for getting things done. Shower only ran boiling hot water which wasn't ideal but...

The rooms could benefit from built in air conditioning, however we were provided with a portable one immediately on request. "This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! What a delight! The bath prioriy is Charming s, beautiful, well appointed, and has really very helpful and kind staff. I will be kind and not tell you the hotel I was originally in, but it was horrible. The bath priorit is fantastic! The Spa was an added benefit as are the beautiful gardens!
