"We loved Black Rock Mountain Resort!! It’s beautiful. Staff is excellent. Katy was so pleasant to deal with when checking in. Room was spotless and bed was so comfortable. Definitely pay for the Mountain View. The pool & hot tub were amazing to be able to use when it was 50 outside with the gorgeous mountains in the background. We were there for our 20th anniversary and they even gave us a nice treat. Top notch for sure!! Will be back❤️"

"Terrible. Wouldn’t stay the second night we booked. We cut our trip short. No mattress protector on the mattress, not even a fitted sheet, just a flat sheet, boogers all over the walls, frayed carpet with nails exposed where the carpet meets the hard floor. Holes in curtains, didn’t close all the way, only way to close th curtains was to use a hook that looked to be a broken part of the curtains, lacked sufficient hot water, poor lighting, broken furniture. It feel like we were in an apartment...

"It was nice. Check in was a breeze. One thing that I wasn't infor.ed of until I checked in was that you're only allowed one vehicle per guest. Its $20 a day for any other vehicles and the parking situation is very annoying. Other than that, I recommend it."

"The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Nice oatmeal, fresh fruit, and various hot options. Freshly brewed coffee as well. The pool, hot tub and sauna were all excellent. Our room service was attentive and we always returned to a clean and refreshed room. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is AMAZING! You don’t even have to leave the property. They have several restaurants (along with room service), a huge outdoor area with fireplaces, a pool with a few large hot tubs, many spaces to just relax in the lobby area with games… and they have an awesome spa! We went off season, but once it cools down, there will be skiing too! And most of all… the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Especially Christian! Thank you all so much! "The front desk attendant was wonderful. So helpful, polite, and nice. However, the pool and hot tub were disgusting. There was half-eaten food and trash just hanging out all over the perimeter of the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were the main reason I booked this property, and didn't get to use it due to its condition."
