"Very nice newly renovated rooms, pool and hot tub nice extra, but could use more towels available for that. Breakfast was good but few options. Some kind of local paper for food and options other than activities would be nice. Staff was excellent and welcoming. "

"Nice rooms, spacious bathrooms, and friendly staff. Parking is a block away and a minor inconvenience, but for the value you get for this location in Hot Springs, it is not a dealbreaker at all. "

"The hotel was nice. We had stayed there before. The only complaint we had was the chlorine in the indoor pool apparenly was too strong. It made me and some of my kids feel sick for sevaral hours after swimming. We had allergic type symptoms and some stomach complaints. Other than that, it was great! "

"The fifth floor is dark and kind of spooky. Had issues with the door lock on the entry door as well as the bathroom. Renovations are in progress, so things should be better later. Room was clean and even though the room was on the side of the hotel closest to the strip, it was very quiet. "
