"Room smelled so bad. Overpowering stench of cleaning product, bleach and a musty smell. Place needs some money put into it. Stains on the rug. Windows were dirty. Just was not enjoyable. We had an awful experience in the pool area. The woman behind the counter knew there was poop in the kiddie pool and never once spoke up. My husband and kids were in there and I walked over. "We had a very nice room at a reasonable price. It was close enough to downtown Chatham to be convenient, but far enough that there weren't traffic problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, our room was spotless! It even smelled clean. Would definitely stay there again."
