"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pictures that were listed when booking did not portray the rooms. Beds were booked as (2) queens but they were fulls. Carpets needs to be cleaned my suns socks were super dirty after walking on the floor. The overall listing is a little misleading for arcade and mini golf….yes they are next to the property but costs extra and not part of your stay. It’s a great little hotel but needs some upkeep/remodeling in the bathrooms and rooms."

"We had an amazing stay! It was a very busy 4th of July weekend at the Cape but Cape Cod Motor Inn was so peaceful and quiet! Our room was clean and well air-conditioned. And Gregg was very thoughtful and kind. We appreciated the list of bar recommendations he gave us to watch the World Cup!"

"If you want to stay close to the beach and a great restaurant at a decent price it is great. We stay here 4th of July, you get what you pay for but if you want to be on the cape and close to everything it is clean and an unbeatable location!"
