"It is a unique property, I have never seen a hotel like that. Each house is different and it is part of the restored village. Every morning we were getting a freshly baked bread and a cake delivered to our little house. The property itself is very beautiful. "This hotel is an oasis of calm and tranquillity. Rooms are bright and in good condition. The bed was comfortable and it was a pleasure to wake up to warm sunlight from the Juliet balcony. The location is great, with easy walking access to several restaurants in town. The staff are a credit to their organisation and helped with advice when asked. The provided information about driving tours of the area, all of which proved fascinating. We particulary recommend visiting Monsanto, Coimbra, Tomar and the Schist Villages."
