"Loved the staff, so super helpful. Nice to have breakfast included. There was a lot to choose from and it was tasty. Not super close to city center, but in between Tatra Park and city center was good location for us. Only complaints: room was roadside which was a bit noisy and no darkening shade in room so I was up very early with the sun!"

"Great Location! The hotel is located walking distance from the train station. When you get off the train, it's a short walk straight up the hill. You will need to know this because the locals will probably not want to help you with directions. The lady that greeted us at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! She was accommodating and nice. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a day of hiking. The lady working the spa was unfriendly, but that's to be expected from many of the locals....

"L’arrivo non è stato dei migliori, non trovavano la prenotazione e addirittura mi aveva detto che non collaboravano con hotes, mah! Colazione ricca anche se ruota poco il mangiare, la sala è grande ed anche se c’è molta gente si trova posto, manca sicuramente la macchina per tostare il pane (strano per una struttura così) L’appartamento era grande, così com’è il bagno"

"The staff isn’t there at all times. Everything closes at 10p. The breakfast: go eat somewhere else. They say free water : they give only 2 little bottles and don’t replace them . And the biggest: there’s no AC and during hot temps , the room does heat up and sleeping will be turning and tossing all night long . If you want a feel of a luxurious motel, then stay here . But I wouldn’t say it a spa hotel!"
