"Pool was too cold. Hot tub was too hot. Breakfast hours limited if you wanted to start a hike by sunrise or get to the trailhead parking lot before it was filled. Breakfast line was backed up because of the way it was organized. Plates were on one side but line started on the other side with the food. Pancake maker was first so it backed the line up."

"The interior is a bit outdated. The wall in the shower was broken where the fixture was. The toilet was a much older one, that flushed slowly. Everything else was decent, but I think the room rates need to be reduced based on how old everything is inside. My room did not look as updated as the pictures online"

"It was a great locations near Northern Arizona University. The room was well furnished, fairly large, and clean. The "happy hour" 5:30 was very nice and very appreciated. The bites were very nice and tasty as were the beverages. All staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was well presented. The only disappointment was that the steam table items were not hot enough. The outside grounds were quite nice."

"The view from the room was not great for red rocks. The room itself was basic needs an upgrade for sure. It was clean on the surface but you can tell they do not pay attention to details. The stand with amenities was full of dust and the tissue box was empty. Staff was helpful, grounds were peaceful, pool was mediocre could also use some new furniture. There was no vibe at the pool. I would choose to stay somewhere else if I came back. For the money the place was disappointing."
