"Easy check in; the room was lovely-clean, modern, comfy bed and pillows and as quiet as you could hope for. Lots of parking, close to shopping. Breakfast was awesome; ice cold ac which was much appreciated given my room was on the sunny side of the building and the weather in Lincoln HOT-really HOT!! Only glaring NEGATIVE was the bed sheets -they had pilling allover-such an annoying problem for a relatively expensive room rate.... Sleep in-you can and should be better than this!- spend some...

"It is a new hotel so it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was very good, a nice full hot breakfast with lots of choices, however I would have liked more fresh fruit as the only had apples and oranges. But everything else was very enjoyable."

"Terrific place for short term stay. Room was too small for a four day stay. Only one chair could fit into the room; I had to spend my time in the bed. But small price to pay for a well kept room. Close to everything we needed."

"What a beautiful historical home, meticulously restored and furnished. Excellent location, safe neighborhood, easy access to restaurants. Nice bath sheets and linens including bathrobes. Lovely. We were on the third floor in room 7-Norma. If you can’t climb stairs, be sure to get a room on a lower floor. The only suggestion I have is to extend breakfast hours. Breakfast is served from 8-9. Several of us were already in the casual living room at 7 and none of us could get the coffee maker to...

"The property was clean, but the second floor had a musty smell in the hallway, especially by the elevators. They did a good job of maintaining an old building. The air conditioner in the room worked, but not as well as it should have. It was humid throughout our stay. We appreciated the skywalk from the parking garage to the hotel! The breakfast had many options. One morning they ran out of coffee for awhile, although management was quick to respond to the situation."

"Great rooms, very nice staff all the way around. This property is very clean, family friendly, good swimming pool, hot tub was a little small for that size of property but still nice. Rooms were clean except when we moved the couch for the pull out bed, we found soy sauce and a snap picture.....lol Oh and when we started to check out, I ran the dishwasher and it leaked under the sink. I did tell the front desk employee upon checkout."

"Air Conditioner was out in the lobby, TV wasn't working in the room when we got there, but the staff was helpful in getting the issue resolved relatively quickly."
