"One of the scuzziest hotels I've ever seen. Not sure how to reconcile that with other positive reviews and photos. But I can definitely echo the other negative reviews - the place needs a deep clean and complete overhaul. It does have a good location, staff was helpful, and it was affordable. But dirty linens, sticky floors, unclean walls and tub, no hot water, etc. cancels out any upside."

"I was required to pay an additional $50 for a non smoking room. The deposit was not indicated online. The non smoking room that I was given had a strong smell of smoke. I asked for another non smoking room and was charged additional money for that room. Since it was late, I went ahead and paid it. That room had a strong mold smell to it although it did seem to improve after the ac ran a few hours. The wifi would not connect. Staff were unable to help. "We only made it as far as the parking lot. I didn’t even go inside the office because the place looked absolutely horrible—very dirty, run-down, and poorly maintained. I rather lose the money I paid for the hotel than stay there. After spending the entire day at Busch Gardens, I decided to drive 3 hours to my house .
