"Conjusted rooms. Worst food. Restaurant staff very good. Reception staff average. They could not even identify my booking for half board. I had to proove using expedia. Location of the hotel very good. Was there for only one day. Wanted to escape from this over expensive conjusted room on second day. Spend two days on Taj dal lake view and the rooms was extra large. We dont have even an iorn box in the room. Worst place to stay even for one night."

"Really amazing location and the staff were amazing. From the General Manager to the gardeners, everyone was extremely warm and genuinely hospitable. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The room layouts and furnishings could be updated soon but are otherwise clean and hygienic."

"A very good experience at The Vintage. Great views of the Dal Lake and houseboats from the room, but the view from the rooftop restaurant was breathtaking. An absolute special shoutout to the kitchen and staff at The Waterfront rooftop restaurant. Amazing food and service!!"

"Just quick 1 night stay at the property, which is quite nice, close the Polo Shopping street which was easy to walk to.. older property but was well maintained, only issue was a little confusion about the extra beds which we had booked for but was asked to pay for in the night when requesting the beds. "
