"Apart from the price which in any case was unrealistically high during Kumbh Mela for all hotels in Prayagraj, zone connect at the Park is excellent. Special mention to front desk staff who are very helpful and friendly. Vijay Nehra gets a special mention for his helpful nature. Civil lines , shopping and markets are close y but doesn’t cause any disruption as the hotel is tucked away in a smaller street close to Civil Lines. Good hotel to stay"

"The staff at the this hotel is really friendly and welcoming. The check-in was very smooth and easy. The room was ready when I arrived. The room is very spacious and clean. Comfortable mattress and clean sheets. Bathroom was also very clean, enough towels and toiletries. Overall very good experience."

"The staff were very friendly , helpful and cooperative . They helped us to navigate . The stay was perfect."

"Very noisy on the road. Extreme noise during the night meant unable to sleep well. Old noisy AC. Curtain unable to keep early morning light out. Had to switch off AC to reduce noise that meant mosquito attack. Overall staff were helpful but with exception of tips."
