"The staff went above and beyond! They were very kind and helpful. The hotel was very clean and had a great variety of food. When I checked out, the gave me a business card and offered help and/or assistance if I needed it while in the city. That was very comforting since I am a woman traveling alone. "Great location which is central to Taksim square and surrounding tourist areas. It's about 15 minutes to Galat Tower and 45 minutes walk to The Grand Bazaar. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Our room was very nice and clean but is smaller than the pictures suggest. Would definitely stay again for a visit to Istanbul"
