O ar-condicionado apresentava vazamento, chegando a pingar sobre a cama, o que compromete muito o conforto. A mobília é velha e, no banheiro, alguns itens estão em condições precárias, praticamente inutilizáveis. O banheiro, inclusive, é extremamente pequeno, com um layout inadequado — a porta de vidro do box fica no meio do vaso sanitário, no meio...
