"This hotel is overdue for repairs and remodeling -the carpet is so dirty that's disgusting ! In February when it's sunny outside the indoor temperature was so high that's suffocating ! And the only option for hotel guests? Open the window! Not sure what's wrong with their HVAC? "

The experience has been extremely negative. 1) No staff member speaks English. 2) There is no fitness suite. 3) Internet is extremely poor, and practically non-existent. 4) They did not provide breakfast, despite that reservation says that breakfast is included in my rate. 5) Staff are extremely rude. I asked reception to book me taxi for return to the airport. The reply (on google translator) was “ you can book it by yourself” "

"A bit confusing at first. I'd booked the Xinjiang Hotel and they couldn't find the booking. Then referred me to the Xinjiang Plaza 100 meters away. Very frustrating when you cant find anyone that speaks English. Apart from that it was a very good place to stay. When I booked at the hotel it excluded breakfast. At the plaza the price included breakfast and was cheaper."
