"Staff were very welcoming and communicated effectively. Room was super clean cozy and lovely. My only issue is that during check in i was told i can order breakfast for a certain price but the following day when i wanted to order, they told me they were not doing breakfast because nobody else asked for breakfast, i didn't understand that since i was paying for it but either way i was able to get breakfast at the warung next door which had amazing food."

"IT WAS A NICE STAY HEREEE. spacious room, spacious bathroom, good water, nice pool (!75cm!!), they provide you water dispenser so you dont have to buy mineral water (also you can get cold water from the water dispenser!). big storage, a lot of place to sit, good breakfast. the breakfast experience was superb, in the morning with some lively birds around the pool. oh the welcome drink is also super refreshing! amazing experience staying here:)"

"We so enjoyed our stay at Chillhouse. The rooms are lovely and taken care of. The pool is refreshing and clean. It is so useful to have the little shop at the front to buy any necessities. It is only about five minutes to walk to beach. It is a very busy road to walk on. Most importantly the family that own Chillhouse are so wonderful, accommodating, and friendly. They replied to WhatsApp texts quickly and answered all of my questions and provided advice when requested, and this was all before...

"We stayed at NYUH Gading Hill for 2 nights and wish our stay was longer. Our room was clean, had the required essentials, shower worked well (good water pressure and temperature). We did note some ants in the bathroom on the last day, but this was quite common amongst several places we stayed in Bali so didn't think too much of it. "We keep returning so that tells you we like it here😉 A week wasn't long enough. Great big room (deluxe), clean with fridge, kettle, safe, TV, sofa, blockout curtains & terrace. Included breakfast if you chose it, was enough with good options & the best view in Mushroon Bay from their restaurant. Plenty of meals eaten there with lots of choices. Enough pool lounges but they are the type that you can't adjust & not a great shape for our backs🙃 Things that could be added/improved is * the pool...
