"Excellent resort with beautiful views, staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that on a couple of occasions we had to wait for the buggy between 20 - 30 minutes. They do state that the maximum wait time is 20 minutes, I feel this should be no more than 10 minutes maximum, it is quite a walk from the villa to the main part of the hotel. "

"Incredible view (sunrise over Little Adams Peak) and friendly smiley and helpful staff. Great family room for 4 of us with balcony. Breakfast options a little limited but no major dramas and Ella town is 3 min walk (downhill at least a little slower back up) and a real backpacker fun town with lots of great food options - no problem sorting dinner."

"A lovely hotel that i would gladly stay in again. The hotel is modern and exceptionally clean. The location of the hotel has a stunning view over Gregory Lake! What makes this hotel is how friendly the staff are. They greeted us with a warm welcome every day and even gave us a free beer. "When we got to the hotel they 1st said they didn't do hotel's. Com so i was about to cancel my credit card as i thought i had been scammed had i done so it would have been very inconvenient. After 20 minutes of panicking the manager came over and said we did have a booking. If i had not paid upfront i would have walked out NOT HAPPY 😡"

"This hotel was just average. The grounds and gardens around the hotel were beautiful and well maintained, but they can do a better job with the interior. The sheets had tears in them and the towels looked very worn. We were also informed that the wifi would not be working during our stay. All the rooms are located in one building, the walls are very thin so you can hear other guests talking and doors closing. Staff was wonderful!"
