"Incredible customer service, with amazing food in the restaurants and a really nice swimming pool area. Also the best massage I’ve ever had, I felt like a new person afterwards! Less than 10 minutes drive from the airport, makes this a convenient place to stay , but also feel nicely away from the city. There is a train station opposite with very cheap tickets to travel around (compared to UK prices), much cheaper than getting a taxi. Only downside is most of the hotel has really nice smells,...

"Beginning a touring vacation of Switzerland. Very happy with hotel experience. The employees were all very helpful and nice. Good location just a few blocks from the lake. Room was comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. Newly upgraded I believe. "
