"Our room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Our issue was the noise from other guests due to thin walls. There was a guest above us that walked his dog on and off all night. So lots of footsteps and banging of doors. Literally kept us up all night. Our advice is to get a room on the 2nd floor. "

"Hotel is old and dirty. Shares a tiny parking lot with Econo Lodge and Waffle House. It was so bad we cancelled our 2nd night and found a different hotel. "

"Ashton (manager?) was great when the pool was closed for maintenance. Offered us to go to a nearby affiliate hotel to use their pool in the meantime. Offered us free drinks from the grab and go section for our inconvenience. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. The rest of the staff was kind and accommodating. I did ask the desk agent to not repeat my personal data out loud at check in and she ignored my ask & continued to do so; I’d recommend better training on this. All guests should feel safe and secure."

"Brandy at the front desk is super sweet. But the overall property is not great. I found several roaches in the bathroom, lots of hair from the previous guest. There was mold and rust in the bathroom and kitchen area. It’s just a dark and dingy establishment. Customer service was great but I had to end my stay early and go to another hotel. "

"It was the perfect location to hop on a 7:15 am flight home. Front desk was friendly and helpful and accommodating with a couple of baseball teams staying in same hotel. Shuttle was right on time and great service."
