The room was clean, the check in staff was friendly. The included Breakfast was quite ample and the hotel allowed an outside guest to eat for free."

I was in a rush to register so I didn’t pick up on the fact that I didn’t get a receipt. On check out I just handed my cards in and was told I was all set. As I pulled into the road I got a charge for an additional $20 to my credit card. Checking my credit card transactions, I was charged $20 extra on my original reservation. "We have loved this place for years. This time some of the staff were curt. The spa was not open as stated in the website. The steam room and outlets in the locker room were nonfunctional and our toilet ran excessively Also maid service every three days without request isnt consistent with a hotel of this caliber. Also indoor pool was under repair that we only learned close to arrival"
