Fantastisch uitzicht

Prima verblijf op een mooie locatie in de buurt van metro en grote supermarkt. Het uitzicht op NYC is geweldig. Verder alles aanwezig: koelkast, magnetron, fornuis, kookgerei etc. 2 badkamer. We waren met 6 personen (4 kinderen van 18+) hetgeen goed is te doen qua slaapgelegenheid. Zwembad aanwezig op de 12e verdieping.

New Jersey apartment

Apartment in good area and great views. Has not been updated since it was build and needs to be updated. Already reported bot bedroom carpets stained and need replacing. I booked it pay on arrival with Hotels.com but was hounded by a company called Pelican for a deposit then hounded for the balance. I also had to fill in large forms online which I did but gave up when it didn't send twice. Had a contract to sign online as well which I did then had to fill it in again manually when I arrived. Also had a problem as my credit card for the deposit had lapsed and if I couldn't produce it on arrival couldn't stay!!! In the end they refunded it to my American debit card and then charged it out again on the same day!!! Ironically nobody asked to see it when we arrived. Hotels.com should check Pelican out as my contract was with Hotels.com not them. Adrian

Property is in a great building and convenient to all. However, the actual apartment is not maintained well by staff and all communication with management company fall on deaf ears. Utensils and glassware were inadequate, a couch was broken and the two inflatable beds had holes. Reported all issues to management immediately and received a response that it would remedied but cavalry never arrived

Spettacolare vista

Appartamento straconsigliato. Entrando ti sembra di essere su di un aereo, finestre a tutta parete che danno sulla freedom tower. Albe e tramonti da fotografare, notti illuminate da sogno. Due camere con letto enorme, un soggiorno con divano letto. Cucina stra completato con frigo americano. TV con ogni sorta di canalizzazione compreso Netflix. Due bagni. Al dodicesimo piano c'è piscina, palestra, terrazza con barbecue e spazio bambini. La zona è moderna, pulita e ordinata. Ben servita dal treno path. Dovessi tornare a new York lo sceglierei senza alcun dubbio

Thought I was booking a hotel

Nothing said it was an apt until booked. Deadbolt on door didn't work and lock over inside door broken off. Only knob's lock secured door. No black out curtains on the windows in bedrooms only blinds so wake up with sunrise early morning. Master Bathroom shower broken, no water, knob broken. Thankfully had very small additional shower 2nd bathroom. Lights by bed in masterbedroom had to plug in only lights, annoying by the bed-didn't have a switch on light fixture only outlet plugging into wall directly behind the end tables. Master bed very low to ground as if mattress just on frame seriously not normal height like pictures show. I was practically sleeping on the floor. Know the only light in living area also is plug in to outlet only no switch to easily turn on/off. Make sure you open dishwasher or an alarm will continue to beep, took me awhile to figure out it was the dishwasher beeping. Be familiar with Roku for the TV, there are no instructions for the 3 remotes and how to simply access live TV. It's a very nice two bedroom apartment with amazing skyline of NYC specifically the WTC. One bedroom mattress was soft the other was hard. I enjoyed the hard bed but couldn't sleep because of the sun awakening me with no black out blinds or curtains. Parking is $25 in garage but if use Valet next door at Doubletree then it's $10 to park valet. If self park pay attention to which tower you are parked as there are North and South towers for this apartment complex.

Excellent. Beats double tree next door

We stayed at Double tree next door few years ago. This time we traveled with another couple. This option with 2 bedrooms exceeded our expectations. The room has basic amenities, but a fabulous view, easy access into the city via Path train, and excellent price. Would definitely recommend and will use again ourselves.

Stay away, It is some scam

I booked it on Expedia, It was confirmed more than a week in advance. Night before boarding flight to NYC I called them to check how to collect the keys as there is no reception. The call goes to California and they have no clue about address. Since I know the address I knew it was Monaco suites. They told me there is no booking in my name. I had to call 3 times to convince that I have a booking but then they started saying there is a problem with my credit card. Note I have been booking rooms with Expedia for 4 yrs (close to 20 trips) with the same card. I called Expedia for help which took another 3 calls, finally they said this property is not willing to accept your reservation. I spent more than 2 hours on phone, all on a roaming line from South Africa. The staff on call does not know any thing about quality of service. Here is my guess: the property is listed in multiple sites and they decline each reservation in favor of the highest price. Please stay away form

Bad communication and terrible service

Never book this accommodation through an agent. agent tells you and re-assures you it is confirmed and we received an email mid-night the night before arrival telling us that the room was cancelled! unacceptable for a family travelling.

Great location

Great location, minutes from Liberty state park, just a block away from local mall and many shops. Two blocks from path that takes you right into NYC. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone going to this area to stay.

The apartment is clean, but the bed sheets and other details are cheap quality. A few of the lamps were not working, and some had old bulbs. The TV doesn't have cable, only Netflix.

Very nice ultra modern apartment complex. The apartment was well designed, but could use a little TLC with repairs and furnishing.

Unorganized or Scammed

The whole trip started with 11PM no keys and no room representative available on site. Then after 2 waiting hours we found out that the room was taken by another customer and that another room in another building would be giving to me that night and that the couple that by mistake was in my room was obligated to leave. The second apartment was far from town and far from the train station (one of the reasons I picked up the first one). The second day the couple wasn't remove from my room but they promised that the third day I would be able to take my room. The third day I received a message that the room that I would get that day was trashed by the occupants and that I had to stay on the one they gave me. At the end no spoken word from the management and I had to stay in a lesser room.
