Hotel Noel is a stunning boutique hotel in a prime location. We could walk to all of the main attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay so perfect. We will definitely stay here next time and highly recommend anyone traveling to Jerusalem to stay here.

There was hair on our shower floor, pubic hair on the toilet seat. The room smelled like a chemical. On check our day nobody was at the front desk. We had packed our bags and left them in the room. I told the hotel we d be back by noon for checkout . When we came back our hotel room door was wide open w our luggage to be seen. And that in a country where safety is of constant discussion .. if we had told the security officer at the airport that our luggage was standing in a hotel with anyone to access it, we could have been denied leaving the country. Extremely negligent.
