"Wife and I booked a room for one night. We were very disappointed with our stay. We mainly picked this property because of recent reviews and was one of very few hotels that had a hot tub. The pool is very tiny and every noise a young kid makes echos all throughout the pool area. The pool is in a desperate need of a cleaning. It is disgusting looking how dirty the sides and floor is. "Person checking us in was difficult to understand. Difficult to get the card to open door. Carpet in room badly needed cleaning, many stains. Bathroom had 1 roll of toilet paper empty, with the cardboard still on the dispenser, no roll to replace it, and second roll nearly gone."

"I wanted to extend my stay but the price went up by more than double, I asked if they matched hotels in the area and they said no. I checked out and gave their competition my money for another 5 nights! The breakfast was the same thing for my 3 night stay so nothing great. French toast sticks were so hard you couldnt bite into them. I own a business and if someone wanted competitor pricing I would give it to them as I do not want to lose them as a customer!"

"The food at the bar / restaurant (?) was surprising excellent and large portions. The chicken strips were AMAZING. The staff though short staffed, for that night was great, very attentive. The next morning, the same restaurant staff were ignoring most people, she was more concerned about talking with someone at the bar instead of customers. Front desk staff was nice; and the rooms were clean, though the AC needs some work. (it worked but too well)."
