"It is a very nice hotel. Large, comfortable rooms. The two issues are the lack of English speaking capabilities at the hotel , and especially in the Horizon Lounge. Also the quality of the food in the Horizon Lounge is not so great. Lobster Grill we found was quite good . Ningbo is a cosmopolitan, growing city , popular with international travelers doing business in China. Shangri La needs to address their inability to cater to western customers. For example, Shangri La Guangzhou , is much better for that."
