spacious room and public space, interesting free activities like shrimp fishing and hot spring, coupons at cafe and unlimited supply of freshly ground coffee, definitely will come again

We loved staying here. Chris and Vivi were really friendly and welcoming, giving us excellent suggestions for places to visit and eat on our trip. Their English was perfect. The traditional Taiwanese homemade breakfast was as delicious as it looks. They also serve a variety of nice teas and coffees. You can chill out in the common area - there are games, comfortable seating and free soft drinks. The room was very spacious with a great view over the rice fields outside which were beautiful in...

We really like the staff at this hotel. The receptionist was super nice and gave us helpful advice. They even organised a free shuttle to Jiaoxi transfer station for us. It’s in a nice and quiet area too and the view from the balcony was nice and we were happy with the room. Thanks!

Helpful staff

Hotel room has great view of Taipei 101. Staff are really nice and services are brilliant. Our trip was disrupted by the Heathrow closure, so was delayed for 1 day. The hotel team was brilliant and accommodating, allowing us to cancel one night despite very short notice. The location is walkable, but a little far from MRT station (~10 minutes walk).

Extremely attentive staffs. Great facility, great landscape, comfortable and clean room. Will definitely visit again.

Large and clean rooms. Extremely friendly staff and the self serve laundry services are excellent. Would come again!

All round excellence. Great location and a superb hotel.

Lovely authentic building in great area of Taipei. Spacious, clean room and friendly staff. Bathroom across the corridor, but no issues. Would definitely stay again!

There are loads of restaurants, fast food places, shops and bars. The hotel itself is very nice for Taipei, but not as good as a 5 Star you'd get in another...
