Disliked: Staff & service
The first night I check in very late and they place me in a small cramp up room without windows. The next day I demanded to be moved to a room with windows but they wanted to charge more money. They claim that this is what I paid for. This is absurd I and I will avoid booking hotel from Expedia in the future.
