This place doesn’t exist

I didn’t stay at the hotel. I called and I got no answer. I arrived at the hôtel at 22h30. I didn’t found the hôtel. No Lightning at all. I had to find an another hotel. I send the message to the hotel and I’m still waiting for answerd. I called an agent and I explained the situation. I’m still waiting for new of hôtels.com
