"Stayed at Trident Mumbai BKC and had a fantastic experience. The staff truly went above and beyond..helping with shuttle arrangements, pickups and drop-offs, and just about everything in between without missing a beat. In-room dining was excellent, laundry service was quick and reliable, and having a hairdresser onsite was a nice bonus. The location is ideal for business travel…just a stone’s throw from Jio World. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to BKC Mumbai for work."

"Terrible. We were booked to outdated rooms while our friends had the newly renovated suites which were way nicer. Room had a strong stench of paint that could not be aired out. The hotel was undergoing renovations way outside the communicated hours both in the morning and evening. I would recommend this hotel once the renovations have been completed, not before. Hotel management not accommodating given the inconvenience experienced."

"The room was clean and the hotel is conveniently located to all the shopping areas in khar and santacruz. Also lots of good restaurants in Bandra or khar are just 5 to 10 mts away. The breakfast in the hotel is good and so is staff."

Thank you to the night staff for helping me get a train ticket another guest was kind enough to purchase it and I was able to pay them back. The location is good not too far from main tourist sites and travel is cheap. "

"Everything this was good, except for the room size. For two people the room was way too small. It's was just the bed and the washroom. Very little space to even move around the room. I understand it's Mumbai, but still for the amount paid per night, I would expect to have aleast a decent sized room."
