When my husband moved it immediately bounced me on my side. Felt like i was in a trampoline not a bed. I asked them to make the extra bed in couch and they barely left any covers for that bed. Upon arrival there was some confusion on the amount owed for the extra day because we used a 3rd party to book the other nights.
