Received mixed instructions from reception and handy man. Why can't this be in a welcome booklet, saving guests all the anxiety? Sauna area was good but there was no convenient way from...

"Leider kein Entgegenkommen bei früherer Anreise. Uns wurde nicht mal die Möglichkeit angeboten, unser Gepäck im Hotel bis zum Check-In abzustellen. Wir mussten den extra Early Check-In buchen. "
