Das Zimmer und das Bad sind klein, aber sehr gemütlich und nett eingerichtet. Zaina ist sehr freundlich und wir fühlten uns so wohl, dass wir zum Abendessen gleich im Hotel blieben. "Hôtel bien situé pour un étape, non loin des autoroutes, mais le centre de Namur reste facilement accessible. Parking gratuit et aisé, chambre confortable et moderne. Le personnel était agréable. C'est mon troisième séjour dans cet hôtel, et j'y retournerai sans hésiter."

"For the price, the room was small with no amenities worth the money. The TV had about 20 channels with just a couple of them in English. There was no chair in the room to sit. No AC, no tea kettle, no electric adapter….. leaves many with the basics found wanting. Ah…. The plastic glasses were the saving grace and the table fan picked up from reception circulated the air. "This is a large hotel in the heart of the university. All roads are underground which is a bit confusing for a first time visitor, I looped around twice before finding the hotel car park. The hotel itself was reasonably pleasant, if a little dated. The room was spotless with a nice shower. However the hotel restaurant was too busy at lunchtime to eat there without a reservation. "Het hotel is vanuit de parkeergarage moeilijk te vinden, met de bewegwijzering loop je een rondje. bij de roltrap wijst hij namelijk niet naar boven en daarna is ook niks meer te vinden. Verder was het hotel prima, personeel met inchecken was ook goed. Helaas in de avond wilde wij nog naar de bar die tot 2300 uur open zou zijn maar deze was vanwege voetbal dicht, ze wees ons naar een sportbar en weer was dit een slecht aangegeven en ook slecht aangegeven door het personeel.
