Gardens are lovely. Rooms are getting “tired.” Howard the gentleman there was very helpful. Checkout was slow and tedious, my bill was not ready despite us having a late checkout. We have stayed here before and loved it, but this time we could notice a deterioration.

At times due to load shedding all computer programs go into freeze, affecting checkout. We have a generator to serve the property. The rooms are categorized and it depends which room was chosen. The more upmarket rooms are more expensive.

The service was great. The room didn't smell good, we had to ask for an air freshener. The was a gab between beds and they were not the same size (2 single beds put together to make a queen). The shower had spiders. The floor carpet has ugly stains. Clean and soft towels. Beautiful garden outside

No WiFi,no hot water,finally after 10 hours for asking I got to shower in a room that had hot water

Load shedding affects and trips the geyzers. We urge clients to phone security if water is cold. We have a generator on site. Wifi depends if the password is correct and certain companies blocks an open network. Emergency extension 105 can be phoned at all times.
