Nice overnight stay
Beautiful guesthouse, if you can afford it, opt for the bigger rooms, breakfast was good, good for an overnight stay. Ensure all guests have their IDs with them, it was really annoying that we all needed IDs at check in, that has never happened before.

Everything was Outstanding.
The place was amazing, very clean and quiet. I recommend the guest house to anyone who need peace of mind and relaxing.The staff was friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious especially their breakfast.

Best stay
It was a great decision to choose Prinshof. We received excellent service the food was amazing and they have the most beautiful gardens. Even though its in the City if you are there you only hear the birds chirping no roaring of cars etc. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I liked the fact that the place is very quiet and secure. I could in and out of the premises without fearing for our security. The only thing I would like to see is upgrading of televisions.

According to hotels.com we should have received free breakfast and wifi. But yet we had to pay for our breakfast

Thank you for your review. As explained by e-mail, our policy is to give breakfast for free when there is one person in the room, but instead of increasing the tariff when there are 2 guests in the room, we don't give free breakfast. It is possible that the info on Hotels.com might be interpreted differently. We are currently working to elliminate such misunderstandings.

What a pleasure.
When you book online it is always followed by a bit of apprehension. No need. We received much more than what we paid for. Friendly Professional. Warm. Considerate. Clean. Comfortable. What a pleasant surprise!!!! Wow!!! We will be back for more.

Highly recommended
Lovely place to stay and catch your breath in Pretoria. Gardens are superb and spacious and the decor and artwork in the buildings a pleasure look at. Staff are friendly and very helpful and made me feel like a welcome guest. Highly recommended.

It was very quiet. Long walk to room from parking. The lot we were told to park in was very small and tight. For small cars only.

Good day, thank you for your review. Most of our returning guests, come back for the serenity and quietness, therefor I believe you also enjoyed the tranquility. I am sorry you experienced the parking as to small, but you are also welcome to park at the bigger parking lot on the western side of the property.

When I got to the hotel, i was surprised to go throught the form that indicated dinner was available as which I wasn't aware about it, when i told the that i wasn't aware that we were suppose to request for dinner before 14:00. How do you request dinner before checkin in and it should also indicate their site when booking, that spoiled the whole thing because i had to drive out at night to find a place to eat. Slow check in the reason we make bookings online is to get there and enjoy our stay. Not to sit and look at the reception.:-(
