"The hotel is in an incredible location, directly across the street from Rocket Arena. It’s a perfect place to stay for a concert or game. It should be noted the hotel is an active construction site, and is down to one elevator. When the hotel is sold out, as it was for the concert we attended, that made elevator traffic very slow, with long lines. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and represented the hotel with class."

"Great location in downtown Cleveland. Walking distance to sports events, live music, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, great resturants, and the Lake. The hotel is very elegant and well designed. It has great food, and the coolest bars. Our room was spacious and comfy. The staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful! Had a problem with the bedding though. The bottom sheet kept falling off since it is not fitted."

"Beautiful hotel. we stayed on the 31st floor and had a nice view of Erie. the rock and roll hall of fame, as well as, many other fun spots to hit. the room was very clean with a huge comfy king sized bed."

"The property was in excellent shape, My 2 complaints were that the mattress was certainly due for replacement and not the same quality as a Marriott or Westin, and for the price of a room, and all of the nice amenities, they cheaped out on cheap single ply toilet paper. The Betts restaurant was exceptionally busy because of the multiple events going on that night, but the service was excellent, the food was unbelievably good and the food and drink prices were shockingly inexpensive. The next time I am in town for an event or even for a weekend getaway I would certainly return."
