"I booked a king size room and received a queen size bed. I talked to the staff member about the room and he stated I had a king size bed. I told him that I didn’t. He stated that he would have house cleaning check. No one never checked and I was still charged for the king size bed. The entire hallway smelled like smoke. "

"This hotel is by far one of the best hotels in Tallahassee. My family of 7 stayed for 2 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The staff members were very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was really good. I must say we saved a lot of money being able to dine in. My husband and 3 sons took advantage of the gym. Unfortunately it rained so we were unable to get in the pool. I think my husband's favorite part was the liquid Dove soap. We forgot to pack our soap from the house and them having the liquid Dove shampoo conditioner and soap in a dispenser in the bathroom made everything so easy and smooth. I love the type of doors that they have when you are walking into the bedroom. It kind of gives like a grand touch. my children absolutely adored it it was a great start to our 10-day vacation. it's also very nice quiet and clean. It's a 10 out of 10 for me"

"The lighting in the room was poor the only mirror that was near the door there was no outlet or lighting ti get ready when someone was showering. Made it difficult to get ready. The shower has mold in the crevices. Otherwise the room was great. "
