"The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating from valet parking to the front desk which I truly appreciated. However, the overall condition of the facility fell well below expectations. Only 1 of the 4 elevators was operational in a building exceeding 20 floors, creating significant inconvenience. The carpeting throughout had a strong, unpleasant odor. The room itself was outdated, with heavily worn furniture, noticeable gaps at the bottom of the door, and chipped and scratched paint. Additionally, persistent foul odors in the room made the stay uncomfortable."
