"Most staff were warm and welcoming, especially housekeeping. The building is DEFINITELY dated despite the attempt to update decor. Rust, stains, dirty and discombobulated lamp shades, etc. And despite them being dog friendly which I DID appreciate as I traveled with a fur baby, the grounds to walk her in was like a field of land mines…CLEARLY not the properties responsible but IRRESPONSIBLE pet owners. In a pinch, I’d stay again…I just expected a little more from a Wyndham property. "

"The resort is just what you would hope for as a luxury resort and I would definitely stay there again next time I am in the area. The condition of the three rooms my family had, given it is not a brand new resort, were excellent and our harbor view rooms had spectacular views of the marina and harbor. As you enter the main doors to the reception hall area you are greeted with incredibly beautiful decor and friendly staff. The outdoor areas facing the pool/harbor are equally as beautiful and luxurious. I did have a few questions/issues about the A/C controller, light switches (there is a master switch that should be labeled), slider door to the balcony, hot water availability in my room but with a call to the front desk each time, someone was dispatched immediately to answer/resolve my concerns/questions. My one (negative) surprise was that there is not a restaurant (for breakfast) in the building itself...however, the Fish House restaurant next door has a nice buffet breakfast that we enjoyed two of our three mornings. The restaurant is in the same resort complex, one building over. "

"Breakfast (buffet) was disapointing. Great location for hotel, rooms were super cute. Surprisingly didn't find the staff to be very friendly. Not sure what is the point of the $45 resort charge, there were not alot of extra ammenities to warent that. Location is the best feature. Pool and view are great"

"Location is perfect. Within walking distance of all the great shopping, Charleston Market and other sightseeing. Property has been renovated, but it’s still an older building so does not have the look and feel of more high end hotels. Bathrooms are tiny, but bed was SO comfy!!"

"Nice place; comfortable, spacious rooms; great location. However: Be aware of a $38 daily "Amenity fee," and a "Credit Card Recovery Fee." Those made our stay nearly $250 per night. Also, on-site parking is valet, at $58 per day. We opted for a nearby self park at a max of $24 per day if you don't take the car out."

"Great location in the Historic French Quarter. Rooms good size, nice to have a balcony. Only complaint is there was no mini fridge and the shampoo/conditioner dispenser made the shower feel crowded. It should be on the opposite end of shower head. Great happy hour, check your bill to make sure you’re not charged for valet parking if you didn’t use it, luckily we caught that charge. "
