"We stayed 2 nights for a soccer tournament. The room and bathroom was a bit small - 2 queens, but we made it work."

"The bed was comfortable very much so. the room itself was OK but the bathroom displayed a great deal of delayed maintenance. The outside of the property looked rough too. This property was not nearly as nice as other Baymont I have stayed in."

Went downstairs to tell them and front desk blamed first,”the Indian” woman and by time she was done making excuses. The Indian woman became a he….. pretty sure she was making the whole thing up"

"While it was nice to have a full-size refrigerator, it is not a place to stay short-term if you are expecting some things included with a regular hotel room, such as a disposable cup. Check-in staff, first stated they could not check in any one early, however a new person 30 minutes later had no such issues. Commode overflowed due to flapper not closing. Had to get extra towels to soak up water, but had to go to desk as housekeeping staff was not willing to help. Mop issues, so extra towels...

"Very clean and updated, breakfast was hot and good with options. Pool was also nice. Beds were comfortable."

"It was a very old and outdated room. The door was out of whack. It had a large crack you see the outside when closed. The floor was dirty. I’m a picky person but nothing was really what I’d say nice."

"I had to call the receptionist every morning at 5AM as there was constant thumping on the floor above. The receptionist told me, the suite above has 4 kids therefore, thats why the thumping is happening. Well- have 3 kids myself and my youngest being 3, so this caused a chaos for my 3 year old who was awoken at 5am all THREE days of my stay. Not an apology or anything, just a simple "we are sorry". And I had to some how sleep through four kids jumping on the suite above."

"Faucets were loose in the shower and sink, smell of dirty body, very dirty floors and walks, noise in halls didn’t stop until after 11pm!"

"My senior citizen parents stayed here a few days while they visited for their grandson's high school graduation. They enjoyed the amenities and the friendliness of the staff. Thank you for taking good care of them!"

"Check in was easy and convenient. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and the linens were clean. The floor in the bathroom needed some tlc and the air conditioner was not very cold. Otherwise, very nice one night stay."
