"Clean and nice"

"The sheets were clean. There were new lampshades. But the surfaces that were cleaned had cleaner residue, and any non-essential surface had not been cleaned in years. The lamps themselves had SOOO much fly poop, and their switches were sticky. The hairdryer looked like it had sat beside a deep fryer for six months. The countertop was so cracked that it was supported by a 2x4 so it didn't fall off the wall. But it was a place to sleep. And it didn't have bedbugs."

"We had a very nice stay at Hyatt Place Columbus/Worthington. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and made the stay more convenient for our family. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would stay here again."

"The elevator was done for hours. Had to walk the stairs. Breakfast was ok but sausage could have been cooked longer. Front desk clerk was very nice and apologized for any inconvenience we experienced. Cleaning staff only dropped off fresh towels and wash clothes but didn’t make beds or clean bathroom when we left for the day. She also didn’t remove the dirty towels we left in a pile on the floor. Besides that it was an ok stay."
