Check-in was so smooth. Very kind and courteous to us after a long day of travel in snow.. The room and bathroom were spotless. The beds were great. Because we checked in so late, they were gracious enough to give us a late checkout. It made all the difference in the world for us. The only issue I had was the toilets. I've had two knee replacements and the toilets are the old kind that you almost have to sit on the floor. My knees made it very difficult to get up. Great restaurants just across the parking lot. We would stay there again.

Good hotel, pool was small but nice (no hot tub). Would have been nice to heat the pool. Some cleanliness issues – the towel rack in the pool was falling apart and the west staircase has some peeling paint and what appeared to be mold. Room was comfortable and breakfast was good.

Our stay was good and we liked the hotel and the area but the vallet parking was so expensive $70 per night Also the cleaning and service for the room was good but they didn't add coffee and cups back in the room after we used the others in the first day.

The hotel was very clean as were the rooms which were very inviting and comfortable! The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast bar had several options. The only drawback was the pool heater was not working.
