"WiFi in my room was abysmal and when I called to inquire the staff was not only unhelpful but rather snarky about it. Not cool! I had some important work to complete that I had to complete in the lobby where some distracting loud, live music was being played. I had to hot spot to my phone for any reliable WiFi since my cell phone didn’t work up in my room as well. The only staff that was actually helpful and pleasant were the valet and bell hop staff, otherwise this stay was less than ideal which is appalling considering the cost of the room and the type of hotel it is. Do better!"

"Room was amazing. We werent allowed to play music past 10 due to “noise” but it says they have noise cancellation rooms ? Staff was very unprofessional, rude, and disturbing. "
