"The location is quiet. The main road is around 100 meters far, which makes the sound from the road to be low. The surrounding area is nice, with forest all around. The self check-in with the key box is nice and allows the guests to get to the room as soon as they arrive. The family room is large and can accommodate easily 2 adults and 1-2 kids. "An absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel. The team were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, giving us some local tips for our stay. We also made use of renting the hotel bikes which was a great way to see more of Copenhagen. Breakfast was varied and set us up for the day. Would absolutely stay again!"

"My stay dates there were May 12–15, 2026. What I appreciated: • The central location, which made it easy to explore the city. Areas that need improvement: • My reservation indicated a Wakeup Large room with a maximum capacity of three guests. In reality, the room was extremely small and contained two twin beds arranged in a way that felt more like a dormitory than a “large” room category. • One wall panel near the bed was broken. • The room had no desk and no proper nightstands — only tiny glass shelves barely large enough for a pair of glasses. The bedside light was too dim to be used for reading. • There was no safe in the room. • The shower had no cabin or curtain, causing the entire bathroom floor to become wet and slippery after each use. • There was almost no counter space in the bathroom, not even enough for a toothbrush. • There was no luggage assistance available; I had to bring my suitcases to the room myself. I chose Wakeup Copenhagen because of its reputation for modern, efficient accommodations, so encountering all of these issues was disappointing."

"The front desk staff was very helpful upon arrival. The room we were given smelled like smoke and they were able to move us to a different room. After that though we had mixed experiences with staff. The woman working the cafe on the first floor was surly and then we called the front desk asking for help and didn't get anyone to come up for over an hour. We went up to the rooftop bar for a drink and it was alright. Overall, just an okay experience."

"Well I was taken back on arrival as it looked so much better in the photos (1950's American diner stylie) rooms needing a bit of tlc ,but once I got used to it I enjoyed my stay.Staff in diner mostly teenagers were super friendly & helpful .Meals in diner all burgers , nuggets fries etc no alternatives.Breakfast very good & not portioned continental & full cooked available (self serve) Rooms.... think Butlins style could do with an upgrade but perfectly functional free WiFi throughout beds comfortable & clean no kettle but staff will give you hot water to make a brew in your room.A little noisy as a gravel road throughout so you hear people coming & going round to rear of complex quieter.Make sure you get a non smoking room.Yes I would stay again & I'd bring a kettle."
